It is conducted in an in-depth peer group interaction setting that requires a deeply committed entrepreneur who is willing to Learn-Act-Produce and Prosper. It is an ongoing journey with proven results, not an overnight get rich class. It covers the following topics necessary to make your company a successful HVAC business and leader in your market. Topics: Leadership, Operations, Systems/Processes, and Finances.
The Greg McAfee team of Instructors is our most valued resource. Their expertise in working with entrepreneurs and small business is second to none. The Team’s commitment to excellence will advance your skills and help you to re-think the critical processes that create and nurture a culture of your organization’s vision, mission, and values rather than a culture that occurs by default. Our Operations Planning session will focus on Leadership Excellence, Processes and Systems, Corporate Culture, and Finances. You’ll understand—and soon be able to implement this model for your own organization. In these two days, the team will share their insight and wisdom to help you run your business more successfully.
Unlike many industry seminars and conferences that take place in some exotic resort, we focus on topics and content that is critical to the success and growth of businesses. The Greg McAfee team has the know how to get you to the next level whatever that level may be.

I want to give a shout out to all members about a great upcoming opportunity. I attended one of Greg McAfee's Boot camps awhile back and whole heartedly recommend it to anyone in our industry. Greg opened up his whole operation to us while we were there. We had access to all the staff to ask questions and get ideas on how to improve our own operations. The systems and processes he has in place are so efficient and with such a large company it was really impressive to see how that culture has been built into all facets of that business. If anyone has any reservations or questions about attending please contact me anytime.
