Branding Tip #17 August 2011

3 Ideas to Keep Your Name in Front
Sometimes tangible reminders of who you are and what you do can have a big impact on sales - long term. Especially if you sell an item or service that people don't shop for often. Here are 3 simple branding tips that will put your name in front of your current, and potential clients:

1. A simple ink pen with your name, logo and contact information. I've spent as much as $25.00 for a fancy pen that I handed out to key customers, but nothing writes better than a 69-cent Bic. They last a long time, and tend to end up being used frequently.

2. A plastic magnet cut in the shape of a van with your company logo and phone number. I happened to be in a home recently that I'd first been in 16 years ago; the homeowner still had my magnet on their refrigerator!

3. A chip clip adorned with your logo and phone number will keep your name in front of anyone who likes to snack.

Try one of these simple, cost effective methods of creating personal-sized billboard messages, and keep your name in front.
