The year is still young, and many of us are busy with winter work: emergency heat repairs, quick turn-around heating system replacements, and just keeping up with maintenance.

1. Staffing – do you have the right people in the right positions to move their careers and your company forward?

2. Systems – are your operational systems clean, easy to follow, and effective?

3. Efficiency – are your environments, vehicles, and equipment in good working order, and ready to to make your team members productive as well your company profitable?
